Trivikrama Rao V, M.Sc, M.Tech (CSE), Master of Business Law is anentrepreneur on a mission to transform the problems of the society at all levels to provide smart solutions using latest technology and produce meaningful outcomes. As a part of his mission, he has addressed multiple practical problems of education sector beingthe CEO and Founder of PlatiFi Solutions.

With his 17 years of diversified industrial expertise and especially a strong motive to apply latest technological innovations to the education ecosystem, he started PlatiFi Solutions. Prior to this, he was also founder of multiple technological companies like TelQ Labs, Accelera Mobile Broadband, Mobile Nerd, AiTat Solutions, Lavelle Networks, and Videntum R&D Labs. Prior to start hisentrepreneurial journey he worked with MNCs like Honeywell Technologies, Tata Elxsi, Telsmia Communications, Tejas Networks and played key roles in product design and development.

He has gained expertise on managerial skills and mastered most of the technological aspects of Fourth Industrial Revolution, like Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, 5G, Big Data Analytics, Smart Cities. He strongly believes in applying these technologies with focus on Sustainability which is the 5th Industrial Revolution.  He believes that integration of different technologies is the key future driver and provides solutions to environmental problems by cross-pollination of ideas from different sectors.

Having come from a background, where he had to overcome all the hurdles in his childhood because of poverty, he is passionate and very keen to make education reach equally to every student in the country. He also established Adishankara Foundation in 2012 with his vision of uplifting education system in Govt. schools and colleges. 

This Foundation has enabled many slum students, promoting them with quality, practical and foundational education.

He is very spiritually inclined personality who believes in live-long learning. He enjoys spending time with students of age groups and loves guiding them. He works relentlessly to fulfil his dream to make the technological innovations reach each and every student of the country.

Bhuvan Unhelkar

Dr Bhuvan Unhelkar (BE, MDBA, MSc, PhD; FACS; PSM-I, CBAP®) is an accomplished IT professional and Professor of IT at the University of South Florida, Sarasota-Manatee (Lead Faculty). 

He is also Founding Consultant at MethodScience and a Co-Founder/Director at PlatiFi. He has mastery in Business Analysis & Requirements Modeling, Software Engineering, Big Data Strategies, Agile Processes, Mobile Business and Green IT. 

His domain experience is banking, financial, insurance, government and telecommunications. Bhuvan is a thought-leader and a prolific author of 20 books – including Big Data Strategies for Agile Business and The Art of Agile Practice (Taylor and Francis/CRC Press, USA). 

Recent Cutter executive reports (Boston, USA) include Psychology of Agile, Business Transformation, Collaborative Business & Enterprise Agility and Agile in Practice-a Composite approach. He is a winner of the Computerworld Object Developer Award (1995), Consensus IT Professional Award (2006) and IT Writer Award (2010). 

He has a Doctorate in the area of “Object Orientation” from the University of Technology, Sydney, in 1997. Bhuvan is Fellow of the Australian Computer Society, IEEE Senior Member, Professional Scrum Master, Life member of Computer Society of India and Baroda Management Association, Member of SDPS, Past President of Rotary Sarasota Sunrise (Florida) & St. Ives (Sydney), Paul Harris Fellow (+6), Discovery volunteer at NSW parks and wildlife, and a previous TiE Mentor.

Raghuveer Sakuru

Mr. Raghuvveer Sakuruu, is an Engineering Graduate from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He attended graduate school in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science in the US and came back to India in early 2003, after 14 years, to start the Indian operations for Kenexa, Inc., USA. He has more than 30 years of business and IT experience.


He is a proven entrepreneur with a sharp nose for business and entrepreneurship. Before joining Kenexa’s executive management team, he co-founded Pragma, Inc., a company acquired by Kenexa in 1995.


Raghuvveer’s expertise stems from his vast experience spanning across business consulting and Management. He has been involved with Kellogg’s, Sun Microsystems, Fair Isaac, Computer Task Group (CTG) and Kenexa over the past 14 years and his work focuses mainly on Technology Services.


His caliber as a technical applications ‘guru’ was recognized and is reflected in his phenomenal growth at Kenexa. He has moved from Principal Consultant to Partner to Head of Consulting Delivery Team to Head of Sales/Delivery – all within a span of just four years. He was also instrumental in building the ERP practice at Kenexa and has scaled the company to greater revenues.He last served as a Managing Director of Kenexa Technologies Pvt.Ltd, India, a 100% subsidiary of Kenexa Inc. USA. Kenexa Inc., USA was acquired by IBM in 2012.


Raghuvveer’s leadership skills played an important role in turning Kenexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd from a cost center into a budding profit center within a year in India.


Mr.Raghuveer has done active technology investments from 2013 till 2019. He has mentored various companies to develop their technology and product strategy.

Anita Sakuru

Ms. Anita Sakuru is a post-graduate (M.Sc Hons) from the prestigious BITS, Pilani. She has secured an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, USA. Ms.Sakuru has 29 years of Information technology experience globally. After graduating in 1991, she has started working as an IT professional in India and moved to the U.S.A in 1994 after executing a couple of projects in Singapore and Thailand. Ms. Sakuru is a proven technologist with a sharp nose for business and entrepreneurship. Before joining Kenexa’s executive management team, he co-founded Pragma, Inc., a company acquired by Kenexa in 1996.

Ms.Anita served as an Executive Vice president of Kenexa Corporation, USA, in Boston, MA and lead the Technology Solutions Group, the most profitable & growth division of the company.

Her contributions include transforming Kenexa from a recruiting company in 1996 to a technology leader in HR space by 2003. She was part of the team that raised the first round of venture capital funding for the Company in 1999/2000.

She has won several awards with the company from “Most Growth Team,” “Most profitable Team,” “Best leader” to “Most Valuable Player” award.

After serving the company from 1995 to 2004, Ms.Anita has moved to India, helping the company find its footprint in India.

After the acquisition of Kenexa by IBM in 2012 December, Ms.Sakuru has focused on various entrepreneurial and social activities.

Ms.Sakuru’s experience and strengths in her initial years of career are from operations and technology. After years of experience, she has focused herself on strategy. She is on the board of 5 companies in India and also a founder member of the non-profit cancer foundation for Children. ( ).

Ms. Sakuru has produced and was a judge on a TV show – STARTUP JUNCTION on TV5 that showcases startups. The show provides a platform for entrepreneurs to present their idea and connect to investors and mentors.

She has joined the Platifi team to head global marketing and create channel partnerships for the company.

Suman Banerjee

Suman Banerjee is the Sheldon Lubar Professor in Computer Sciences at UW-Madison where he is the founding director of the WiNGS laboratory which broadly focuses on research in wireless and mobile networking systems.

He received his undergraduate degree from IIT Kanpur (and a gold medalist), and MS and PhD degrees from the University of Maryland. He is the inaugural recipient of the ACM SIGMOBILE Rockstar award and a recipient of the NSF Career Award. He is a recipient of multiple award papers at various conferences, such as ACM MobiCom, ACM CoNEXT, and IEEE Dyspan.  Further, technology developed by Prof. Banerjee has won various accolades including the first prize at the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Competition in 2011 and in the Interdigital Innovation Challenge in 2012.

He is a co-founder of multiple startups in the US, leading them from initial seed funding to revenues. He served as the chair of ACM SIGMOBILE between 2013 and 2017.

Kyle Tanouye

Kyle brings over 27 years of technology and international business experience working for fortune 500 companies as well being a serial entrepreneur founding several technology startups in web, mobile, entertainment licensing and digital media advertising. 
He is the founder of Moment Networks (Real-time social engagement), Milan Marketplace (mobile advertising) and Talisman LBS (mobile analytical targeting). He has held executive and leadership positions such as Calix (pre-IPO/IPO), Advanced Switching Communications (pre-IPO/IPO), Verizon, and Apple, Inc.  

Kyle holds a degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii and has extensive networks in the US and Japan.
